Charmaine Nathraj – Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in South Africa, Charmaine Nathraj moved with her husband Veno and two kids Yatish and Yashnee to the US in 1987. The kids were 4 years and 2 years old when Charmaine started to manage a small 19-room motel in Riverside, California while her husband worked as a real estate broker specializing in the acquisitions and disposition of properties for clients.
Charmaine liked the hotel business and the opportunity to meet new people from different places and she had the aptitude to make this a family business and a career. She also realized that the limited-service hotel property gave her the career path she desired; with continuing education and conference attendance through AAHOA and other professional development groups. She developed a management company with a strong business model which today employs hundreds of people around Southern California while working with a select group of investors. She was the recipient of the following awards.

Veno Nathraj – Chief Financial Officer
Veno Nathraj has been one of the leading hotel brokers in Southern California for over a decade. He began his hotel career as a broker for Marcus & Millichap. He was subsequently responsible for overseeing the Southern California hotel investment banking practice for PKF Investments, an affiliate of PKF Consulting, a national hotel real estate advisory and capital markets company. Now one of the Principles of Horwath HTL.
Mr. Nathraj had the privilege of working as one of the lead advisors of the FDIC & RTC in the early 90's. His experience is broad in terms of working with owners and banks regarding distressed asset workouts and foreclosures in the hospitality industry. He has also worked with many hospitality industry leaders in the purchase of first trust deeds and property notes in order to reposition properties on their upside potential.
Working with developers as well as city municipalities, Mr. Nathraj has developed policies and mandates to increase the standards of hospitality construction and development. Mr. Nathraj has developed and constructed hotels in the Southern California market for the last twenty years. He has also created and designed a unique model for project management in the hospitality industry.
Andy Patel – Brand Implementation and Franchise Coordinator
Andy Patel has been managing partner for Nathsons Hospitality for over ten years. He has help Nathsons Hospitality in managing their Holiday Inn Express Franchise and implement brand standards. His track record has far out ranked his peir.
Andy has a CHA as well as an excellent knowledge of the hotel industry. Being manager winning the Torch Barriers Award from InterContinetal Hotel Group. Andy has also won 6 years in a row top hotel in the region. Won the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) 2004 Best of the Best General Manager of the Year award for the Holiday Inn Express brand. Nominees were selected based on performance that goes above and beyond day-to-day job responsibilities, outstanding and unusual service to the property, guests and the community. Contribution to the hotel team as a General Manager to earn a 2006 Torch Bearer Award (The Company's most prestigious award) from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) System for achieving the highest levels of excellence in all aspects of hotel operation - from quality to customer satisfaction. Contribution to the hotel team as a General Manager to earn a 2007, 2005 and 2004 Quality Excellence Award from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) System for maintaining high standards in product quality, hotel operation, and customer satisfaction 1994 – 1998 Owned and Operated a very successful building construction business in India. Constructed four multi-story cement concrete structured housing and office building projects.
Yatish Nathraj – Director of Operations Research and Development
Yatish Nathraj grew up as a first generation hotel operator, seeking a more passionate role in the industry Mr. Nathraj chose to manage many different brands throughout his career from Holiday Inn Express, Best Western and many independent hotels and motels. He has a scholastic back ground in the Hospitality Industry as well as Casinos. Mr. Nathraj has traveled abroad as well to help assist with international hospitality investments. He has spoke at forums that deal with Financial responsibility for entrepreneurs to investing in emerging markets. He has completed over 700 rooms of construction in the last five years with a total of over 1200 rooms in renovation in the past ten years.
Mr. Nathraj has Bachelors from the University of Nevada in Hotel Administration & Gaming Management. He has helped implement new marketing techniques to the industry that has help increase investor's returns. He has talked about the profound nature of investing in Africa as an Emerging Market at the Pan- African Investors Conference. Mr. Nathraj has many community ties in the Hospitality industry, with the Asian American Hotel Owners Association. Mr. Nathraj specialized in hotels and motels turn around management, streamlining operations and financial integrity.
