Veno Nathraj CEO and Founder of Nathsons Construction in a World Hospitality Development Company, that believes in conceptual development. Nathsons Construction started off as a family owned and run Construction Company that built home developments for the South African community and government in the later 70's. After successful development of many housing projects, Nathsons lead by Veno Nathraj started developing multi-use long-term living environments. Motels were still no introduced to the South African Market until All-Star Lodge was first built.
Recently Nathsons Construction completed Hampshire Hotel Ballito, a limited full service Hotel with 105 rooms and convention space for +200 people.
Another Successfully Hotel completion is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites 29 Palms a limited service 84-room property with a unique interior/exterior pool and spa.

Nathsons Construction Designs specific renderings for Nathsons Hospitality & CASA Hotels. After the company accepts Design concepts, Nathsons Construction asks for bids in the market place from sub-contractors, vendors and carpenters to solicit the best work for the job.
Nathsons Construction is an A Class contractor that has completed hotel constructions in South California & Africa. Their California projects are in some of the most seismic active areas along the San Andrea's fault. They have build stilt-up A Class Concrete Hotels in South Africa and multi-use development projects.
